A’MIA Refund Policy

At A’MIA, each piece is a statement of craftsmanship, created in limited quantities to preserve exclusivity and detail. As a luxury couture brand, we uphold high standards of quality, and we kindly ask our customers to understand the following terms regarding refunds and returns:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the made-to-order and limited-edition nature of our designs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases, except in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Send your request with:

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the damage or defect

    • Order number and name used for purchase

  • Email: fashion@amiachic.com

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund to your original payment method

3. Custom Orders & Intimate Pieces

All customized garments, intimate apparel, or one-of-a-kind couture pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping for any approved refund is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was received in error or is deemed defective by our team.

5. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your piece enters production and cannot be canceled.
