These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through A’MIA’s online store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Product Information

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and photos. However, materials and color tones may vary slightly due to natural differences or screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

  • Prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping or applicable taxes (calculated at checkout).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

5. International Shipping Disclaimer

  • A’MIA ships worldwide. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delivery delays due to customs inspections are beyond our control.

  • We do not mark items as “gifts” or misstate values to avoid duties.

6. Gift Cards

  • A’MIA gift cards are delivered digitally and are valid for use exclusively on amiachic.com.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

  • Promo codes and discounts cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

7. Digital Downloads

Some of our products may include digital downloads (e.g., styling guides, exclusive fashion content).

  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

  • Purchase grants a non-transferable, single-user license for personal use only.

  • Redistribution, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to fashion@amiachic.com.

  • Custom or intimate pieces are non-returnable due to hygiene and exclusivity.

  • A’MIA reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our conditions.

9. Sizing & Fit

Please refer to our size guide before purchasing. If unsure, email fashion@amiachic.com. We do not accept returns for sizing issues unless misrepresented.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and materials are the exclusive property of A’MIA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

11. Linking to Our Website

You may link to our homepage or content, provided that you do so in a fair and legal way and do not damage or take advantage of A’MIA’s reputation.
You must not:

  • Imply any form of association, approval, or endorsement where none exists
